A commitment to innovation and sustainability
This is the future of feasible housing.
Cheap, Fast, and Easy!
The Problem
25,000 to 35,000 people are homeless every given night in Canada. 30% of them come from Indigenous Communities.
Nearly 17% pf Canadians live in a home too expensive for their household income and even if they can afford the house, they cannot maintain it for long
Our Plan: Modular Homes
Modular homes are just as good, if not better constructed, than many traditional houses!
They use up to 20% more wood per square foot, which makes them stronger!
Consulting a range of structural, civil, and mechanical engineers, our team strives to tackle homelessness and make modular homes the future.
“To save a life is a real and beautiful thing. To make a home for the homeless, yes, it is a thing that must be good; Whatever the world may say, it cannot be wrong”
